What the app does

FrameReplay is a movement analysis tool for coaches and trainers. You record, review the clip immediately, compare it against an earlier one, and record again. It works on your own devices; nothing is sent to us.

Requirements

Works on iPhone and iPad (iOS / iPadOS 17.0 or later).
On iPad it runs full screen; Split View and Slide Over are not supported.
No account and no sign-in. The only connection the app makes to the internet is to Apple, for in-app purchases.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my videos stored?

In the app's own storage on your iPhone. They stay there across restarts. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Why do older clips disappear?

Recording sessions are removed automatically after 30 days to keep storage under control. Videos you imported from the Photos app are not removed. If you want to keep a clip, save it to Photos.

I deleted a clip by mistake. Can I get it back?

No. Deletion cannot be undone and there is no trash. Copies you saved to the Photos app are untouched, so check there first.

How do I keep a copy in the Photos app?

Turn on "Also save recordings to Photos" in Settings. It is off by default.

Which permissions does the app ask for, and why?

Camera and microphone — required to record video, and to record your voice when you explain a clip ("Record with your voice and send"). Used only for that.
Local network — requested only if you turn on MultiCam or receiving from an SD card. Used solely to find and connect to your FrameReplay devices in the same MultiCam group, or to reach the card, on your own Wi-Fi. It is not used to contact anything else.
Photos (add only) — asked only if you turn on saving to Photos. The app cannot read your photo library.

Why is there no login?

There is no account and no server belonging to us, so there is nothing to sign in to. The only connection the app makes to the internet is to Apple, for in-app purchases. MultiCam and receiving from an SD card talk only to devices on your own local Wi-Fi. Your videos leave your device only when you share them yourself, or when you send them to your own devices with MultiCam.

What are FrameReplay Pro and MultiCam?

FrameReplay Pro, and MultiCam as an add-on to Pro, are one-time in-app purchases. There is no subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple, and we never see your payment information. No purchase is required: recording and frame-by-frame review stay free.

The app got hot, or the battery drained quickly.

Recording at high frame rates and high resolution is demanding. Try 1080p at 60 fps, and in Settings turn on stopping the camera while you review.

Something crashed or behaved oddly.

Email us and describe what you had just done when it happened. That single detail is usually enough to find the cause.

このアプリについて

FrameReplay は、コーチやトレーナーのための動作分析アプリです。撮って、その場で確認して、前回と並べて比べて、また撮る。すべてお手元の端末の中で完結し、当方に何かが送られることはありません。

動作環境

iPhone・iPad に対応しています（iOS／iPadOS 17.0 以降）。
iPad では画面いっぱいで使います（Split View・Slide Over には対応していません）。
アカウント登録・サインインは不要です。アプリがインターネットにつながるのは、App内課金のために Apple と通信するときだけです。

よくある質問

撮った動画はどこに保存されますか

iPhone 内のアプリ領域に保存されます。アプリを閉じても端末を再起動しても残ります。どこにもアップロードされません。

古いクリップが消えるのはなぜですか

保存容量を抑えるため、撮影セッションは30日で自動的に削除されます。写真アプリから読み込んだ動画は削除されません。残しておきたいクリップは、写真アプリに保存してください。

間違って削除しました。戻せますか

戻せません。削除は取り消せず、ゴミ箱にあたる仕組みもありません。写真アプリに保存したコピーには影響しないので、まずそちらを確認してください。

写真アプリにも残すには

設定の「撮影した動画を iPhone の写真にも保存」をONにしてください。初期設定ではOFFです。

どの権限を、何のために使いますか

カメラ・マイク — 動画を撮影するため、また、動画に説明の声を入れるため（「説明を録って送る」）に使います。それ以外の用途には使いません。
ローカルネットワーク — MultiCam か、SDカードから受け取る機能を使うときだけ求められます。お手元のWi-Fiの中で、同じ MultiCam グループの FrameReplay の端末を見つけてつなぐため、またはカードへ接続するためだけに使います。それ以外の機器に接続することはありません。
写真（追加のみ） — 写真アプリへの保存をONにしたときだけ求められます。アプリが写真ライブラリを読み取ることはできません。

なぜログインがないのですか

アカウント登録はなく、当方のサーバーもないため、ログインする先がありません。アプリがインターネットにつながるのは、App内課金のために Apple と通信するときだけです。 MultiCam と、SDカードから受け取る機能は、お手元のWi-Fiの中の機器とだけ通信します。撮った動画が端末の外へ出るのは、ご自身で共有したときと、MultiCam でご自身の端末へ送るときだけです。

FrameReplay Pro と MultiCam とは

FrameReplay Pro と、Pro に追加する MultiCam は、買い切りのApp内課金です。月々の支払いはありません。購入の手続きは Apple が行い、当方が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。購入しなくてもお使いいただけます。撮影とコマ送りでの確認は無料のままです。

本体が熱くなる／電池の減りが早い

高いフレームレートと高解像度での撮影は負荷がかかります。 1080p・60fps を試し、設定で「確認中はカメラを止める」をONにしてください。

落ちた、動きがおかしい

メールでご連絡ください。そのとき直前に何をしていたかを書き添えていただけると、原因の特定がとても早くなります。
