FrameReplay — Privacy Policy

FrameReplay does not collect any data. There is no account, no
sign-up, and no server belonging to us. The only connection the app makes to the
internet is to Apple, for the in-app purchase described below.
What the app stores
- Videos you record are written to the app's own storage on your device.
- Videos received from an SD card in your camcorder are stored the same way,
on your device only.
- Your settings (frame rate, resolution, handedness, language) are stored on your device.
- Nothing is uploaded, backed up to us, or shared with anyone.
Receiving video from an SD card
The app can receive video from a Wi-Fi SD card (FlashAir) placed in your camcorder.
This feature is off unless you turn it on.
- The app talks only to the card, over your own local Wi-Fi. The card is not
connected to the internet, and this feature never leaves your Wi-Fi.
- It only reads. Nothing is written to the card, and nothing on it is deleted or changed.
- Received video is copied into the app's own storage on your device, and stays there.
In-app purchase
FrameReplay Pro is a one-time purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.
- The app asks the App Store for the price and for what you have already bought.
- Payment details are entered in Apple's own sheet. We never see your name,
your email address, or your payment information.
- Whether you have been using the app since version 1.0 is determined from your
App Store purchase record — the version you first installed. This check takes place
between your device and Apple only; nothing is sent to us. Only the result of that
check is kept on your device.
- No purchase is required. Recording and frame-by-frame review stay free.
Permissions
- Camera and microphone — required to record video. Used only for that.
- Local network — requested only if you turn on receiving from an SD card.
Used solely to reach the card on your own Wi-Fi. It is not used to discover, scan,
or contact anything else.
- Photos — optional and add-only. Requested only if you turn on
"Also save recordings to Photos" in Settings. The app cannot read your photo library.
Importing a video from Photos uses Apple's own out-of-process picker. The app
receives only the single file you choose, and never gains access to the library.
Apple Watch
The companion watch app sends one thing to your iPhone: a request to start recording.
It travels over Apple's own device-to-device link between your watch and your phone.
No video, and no personal information, is sent.
No tracking, no analytics, no advertising
There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and no
third-party code of any kind. No profile of you is built, and no data is shared
with or sold to anyone.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes every video and setting it created. Copies you chose to
save to the Photos app are yours and are not touched by the app; delete them in
Photos if you want them gone.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with
a new date.

FrameReplay はいかなるデータも収集しません。
アカウント登録はなく、当方のサーバーもありません。
アプリがインターネットにつながるのは、下に書いたApp内課金のために Apple と通信するときだけです。
アプリが保存するもの
- 撮影した動画は、お使いの端末内のアプリ領域に保存されます。
- ビデオカメラのSDカードから受け取った動画も同じように、端末内にのみ保存されます。
- 設定（フレームレート、解像度、利き手、言語）も端末内に保存されます。
- アップロード、当方でのバックアップ、第三者との共有は一切行いません。
SDカードから動画を受け取る機能について
ビデオカメラに入れた Wi-Fi 付きSDカード（FlashAir）から、動画を受け取ることができます。
この機能は、ONにしない限り動きません。
- 通信する相手はカードだけで、お手元のWi-Fiの中で完結します。
カードはインターネットにつながっておらず、この機能がお手元のWi-Fiの外に出ることもありません。
- 読み取るだけです。カードへの書き込み、カード内のファイルの削除や変更は行いません。
- 受け取った動画は端末内のアプリ領域に複製され、そこから外へ出ることはありません。
App内課金について
FrameReplay Pro は買い切りのApp内課金です。購入の手続きは Apple が行い、当方は関与しません。
- アプリは App Store に、価格と、すでに購入済みかどうかを問い合わせます。
- 支払いの情報は Apple の画面で入力します。
当方がお名前・メールアドレス・支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
- 1.0 から使っている方かどうかは、App Store の購入記録（最初に入れたときの版）で
確かめます。この確認は端末と Apple の間だけで行われ、当方には何も送られません。
端末の中には、その判定の結果だけを残します。
- 購入しなくてもお使いいただけます。撮影とコマ送りでの確認は無料のままです。
権限について
- カメラ・マイク — 動画を撮影するために必要です。それ以外の用途には使いません。
- ローカルネットワーク — SDカードから受け取る機能をONにしたときだけ求められます。
お手元のWi-Fi上にあるカードへ接続するためだけに使います。
それ以外の機器を探したり、接続したりすることはありません。
- 写真 — 任意で、追加のみの権限です。設定の
「撮影した動画をiPhoneの写真にも保存」をONにしたときだけ求められます。
アプリが写真ライブラリを読み取ることはできません。
写真アプリから動画を読み込む機能は、Apple の別プロセスのピッカーを使用しています。
アプリが受け取るのは選ばれた1本のファイルだけで、ライブラリへのアクセス権は得ません。
Apple Watch について
Apple Watch 側のアプリが iPhone へ送るのは、「録画を始める」という合図だけです。
Apple が用意した、時計と iPhone の間の連携の仕組みを使っています。
動画や個人情報が送られることはありません。
トラッキング・解析・広告について
解析ツール、クラッシュ収集、広告識別子、第三者製のコードのいずれも使用していません。
利用者のプロファイルを作成することはなく、データを第三者に提供・販売することもありません。
お子様について
お子様を含め、いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。
データの削除
アプリを削除すると、アプリが作成した動画と設定はすべて削除されます。
写真アプリへ保存したコピーは利用者ご自身のものであり、アプリは触れません。
不要な場合は写真アプリ側で削除してください。
変更について
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新日を改めたうえでこのページに掲載します。
